While attending Baylor University, Nate channeled his studies toward business subjects with an emphasis on real estate including commercial site research, investment and development. To augment his education, Nate traveled to over 50 countries prior to graduation. It was during his time traveling through China in 2007 that he personally co-founded an investment company for the purpose of providing financing to rural villages for agricultural development projects. A life-long resident of The Woodlands, Nate is the son of Flo Newman, one of the top residential Realtors® in The Woodlands/Spring area. Having grown up in a "real estate family," Nate has always had an intuitive understanding of real estate and the local dynamics of the Woodlands market. He approaches problems with determination and creativity stemming from his keen interest in learning the intricacies of the commercial real estate asset class. Nate Newman joined Woodlands Commercial Realty in June 2008 where
he specializes in Tenant and Buyer Representation, Project Leasing, Land Sales and
Investments. Prior to joining the firm, Nate graduated from Baylor University in
2007 with a degree in Speech Communication and a concentration in business.
In addition to his native language, Nate is proficient in Spanish and conversational
in Chinese.
